On my way to work, a light went off in my car warning of low tire pressure. Big O is close, so I drove there. Friendly staff greeted me. They attended to my car very quickly. They kept me up to date on my car's status. It turns out it was just low air. They were honest and didn't try to sell me a tire when I didn't need one.

The guys are very friendly. They maintain a clean shop they are honest on what your car need or could need fir the future.

I stopped by the Big O Tires store in Novato due to a slow leak I was experiencing. The staff made my repair a priority as I needed to return to work. I left my car with them, went to get a coffee. When I returned, the technician was working on my car. 15 minutes later, the tired was repaired and I was on my way. Due to having purchased my tires at another Big O Tires store, there was no cost.
