I've been a loyal Big O customer for about 14 years and the Novato store is my favorite so far! Everyone was fantastic.

The Novato team was great, kept me informed throughout the process, and we’re flexible with scheduling. Overall fantastic team.

I needed a tire rotation and they found a few problems. I appreciated their attention to detail and after my car felt like a new car.

Even after arriving late for my appointment I was promptly taken care of and the service was great. Didn’t have the pirellis in stock but they set me up with other good tires and got me all set in a timely manner.

I got there riding on a spare tire right before Closing and the staff jumped right in Chanel's my tire and got me safely on my way! Thank you!

I found the best prices here for what I was looking for. Pat from Customer Service was quick and very sweet. I called on Friday afternoon, dropped my car off first thing the next morning and my car was ready before I knew it. Very satisfied.

The light came on indicating low tire pressure. Went to gas station to check air pressure - front-right tire low had nail near rim - slow leak. Next morning light not on so went to appointment. Early afternoon went to Big O to find out if tire could be repaired. Didn't think so because nail was near rim. Did not want to purchase 4 tires (I have 4 wheel drive), Nail too near rim so had to purchase new tire(s). Manager? and I talked and decided that I could purchase 2 tires for front now, and will return next month for 2 more for rear. I had asked about the wear on the existing tires and was told it was sufficiently high (approx 3.? - low being 2.?. I felt better about having to purchase the four tires.

Professional, friendly service. Walking distnace to Starbucks and Trader Joes whilst they assessed and then replaced my tires. Pleasant waiting area with up to date magazines and free wifi while waiting. Worked to get me the best price.

Came in with a warning light on vehicle that tire pressure was low. They found a strew in my tire and fixed there on the spot in a timely manner

I needed two rear tires, and wanted to replace the old ones with new Michelin tires. The staff ordered the tires for the next day delivery, and the work was performed within two hours. Very efficient .

Everyone there are very courteous and the managers remember us which is really nice. I go to this location specifically because they treat us so well!

I can not say enough about the service I received, how helpful and nice everyone was. I dealt with four employees and every one of them was wonderful. I definitely can no even explain how much I appreciate all they did to help me get safely back on the road and home safely.

I needed to get the alignment checked after getting new tires at Costco. I was short on time, though, and hadn't expected this additional errand or cost. Big O fit me in very quickly, checked the alignment for free, showed me the exact results, and did the necessary alignment adjustment for a very reasonable price. They were great!
