I emailed Ali Mirghanbar to complain about the fact that I dropped off a perfectly running car this morning only to return to a car that barely runs. Let's see if he calls me to fix this. Johnny was doing great, by the way, until he tried to claim that my car's now 4 misfiring spark plugs was a "coincidence."�

One of the four tires went bald after 10k miles. After alignment that was done after front axels were replaced. Had to complain about bad alignment to get alignment then tire went bald. No help on any of it. Shopping elsewhere now. Already spent $300 at new store after years with big o

I took my car in for tire rotation at the Novato Big O store on Redwood Blvd. My car was taken in immediately and I was treated courteously and professionally by the staff. I've been a customer at Big O since 1984 and have had nothing but stellar service the entire time. My local novato Big O is nothing but the best in all aspects of service and quality. I am always astounded with my interactions with the Novato location and consider myself lucky that I have a store so close to me.
