Tires were not ready at the promised time, excellent service and value. After rebate, it was cheaper than Costco.

I went there to fix my tire and less the 48 hours the tire is flat again.

Very expensive for brake work. Told me I needed new rotors when I didn't. Said new rotors are always included with a brake service

On my way to work, a light went off in my car warning of low tire pressure. Big O is close, so I drove there. Friendly staff greeted me. They attended to my car very quickly. They kept me up to date on my car's status. It turns out it was just low air. They were honest and didn't try to sell me a tire when I didn't need one.

Taking way to long to do business with you my whole day Friday was shot waiting for parts, second time I have had to take a full day off to get tire and brake work done due to no parts on site

Made appointment for 2pm on a Friday. Everything was confirmed and I received a call the morning of to confirm the appointment. Get to the store about 30 mins before 2 to be told they don't do appointments. Still need the alignment done so I'm waiting. An hour after my appointment was supposed to be my car is still not being worked on. Went to the front desk asked about it. Only then did my vehicle get taken back. Waited another 1.5 hours to get my car with the work completed. If you don't do appointments Friday and Saturday don't make it an option.

Exelent service

I went to Big-O to get my tire patched and it could have been easy for them to say "oh, you need I new tire" they were able to patch it where I was very happy. Although, my wheel was scratched up when they took they removed and replaced my tire. How can any shop today with the latest equipment still have issues like this happen?

I stopped in unannounced and Jonathan took such good care of me and my car, Betty Jane. She's driving like new now that she has 4 new tires and I couldn't be happier for her or how she was treated.

Asked for straight tire swap then was held up as the manager was trying to get me to pay for allignment/balancing. Asked a question about putting a different size tire on another vehicle. Manager said he would research and call me back but never did. This shop is not ready for primetime. Will not be back.

Went for an Aligment, called ahead and they said $100 i was agreed with that come to the place and over charged me with $179 not happy at all they should disclose prices it at least maintain the word not satisfy won't come back again

Great guys, very helpful and friendly.

Took my tire in to them because it had a leak. The next day I woke up to a flat tire again. Didn't fix the leaks.

Everyone was so kind and efficient. I felt well cared for.

I wasn't aware there was a fee to cancel an order. If I knew that I would of never agreed to ordering tires through you. I could of saved $186 dollars that you guys charged me to get my flat tire back. It was very misleading. Other than that I won't be coming back.
