Big O Tires

Guys were great. A lil understaffed and my appt. took a bit longer than I'd hoped but I was treated very well and will return to this store no doubt!!

Great customer service! The manager is friendly and exhibits a patient attitude.

Great service by employee DeWhite. On problem though. The Big I website offered a $70 rebate on the purchase of four Michelin tires but had no forms to fill out or send in. Dewhite is still working on this, but this appears to be a corporate or management issue.

Jonny offered excellent customer service both on the phone and in person

David was polite and always professional. He took time to explain both alignment and warranty options; as well as to answer my questions. When I called to follow-up on the time my vehicle would be ready, Johnny answered the phone and was able to update me in a positive and pro manner. The experience of the personnel at this Big O was excellent. However, my complaint (which I voiced to David) was that my appointment had been confirmed on Friday 8/9 (for a Monday, 8/12 app't.), yet the tires were not at the facility when I arrived. I dropped off my pick-up early for an 11 AM app't and the vehicle was not ready until 4:15 PM. So, an 11 AM app't confirmation was pretty much meaningless. I had to call my wife (we live in Pt. Reyes Stn.) to come get me in Novato and, of course to bring me back. A lot of time and gas wasted for what I thought was to be an 11 AM installation appointment.

I always go to them if I have any problems with my tires but when you buy tires from them you don't have any problems :-)

Everyone at the Novato store was nice I even got a ride home when I left my car!

The staff was knowledgeable about the job at hand. They should have described the variety of bands available and not concentrated solely on the highest price tire.

great shop with knowledgeable staff. Always willing to explain things in plain language. These folks are always looking to find you the best deal available as apposed to upselling you.

Only reason I gave a four to customer service was that i was told that to change, balance, install 4 tires would take 45 min. that took 1.25 hours, then to check alignment and actually align the vehicle it took another hour. I asked how long at the start and they told me 45 min, and for that i just waited but if i would have been told 2 hrs would have went and did something else and then just came back and paid and picked up jeep. Not a huge deal just give the customer worst case scenario and if done sooner, great.

Very nice service from the desk clerk to the tech that fixed the screw in my tire.

I love my new tires and the recommendation they came with. The service took more time than expected. It seemed like the store could have used a couple of more workers to help speed up the process for all of it's customers.

Would go back again for more tires and services
