I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told no, I could come on in then if I liked. That was great since some time suddenly freed up for me. The estimate was given to me in writing and they did not try to upsell me. The store was busy, but my car was ready pretty much within the time frame they gave me. I waited in the store for my car and it was clean with plenty of magazines and offered coffee and had a soda machine. Easy peasy.

Had a couple of specialty wheels I needed shod with appropriate tires for my VW Type 181 'Thing'. Talked it over with 'David', who made recommendations appropriate to my requirements; he then scheduled me for same-day service and when I came in, 'Conor' handled my visit at the service desk in a very professional manner. A short wait later the job was complete and I drove home quite satisfied. If my experience is typical of the service 'Big-O' provides everyone, I would recommend the 1615 L Street store in Sacramento without hesitation. Thanks, guys. Ah ex-Gov 'Auhnold' so memorably put it, "I'll be back..."
