Love Big O downtown. Awesome staff and great service

The staff was extremely transparent and nice. The wait was not long, the lobby was cleanly kept. The price was a little on the expensive side but not too bad. The tires themselves seem to be in great shape after the rotation.

Tire rotation. Got there at 7A.M. Was out before 8. They did a full check list of things. The employees I spoke with were great.

I had a nail in one of my new tires purchased at Big O (about 5 months old) and needed it to be inspected to see if it could be repaired. It was inspected and repaired quickly. Thanks very much for the quick service, and this was especially appreciated because many other businesses were closed due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
