Everyone was kind and helpful and got my services done in good time. Additional free services added on top of my scheduled oil change were really appreciated and they even took the initiative to look into my tire pressure light that has been on since I got my car.

Jerad took care of my car which needed major work. It was done well and was ready at the appointed time. Excellent service with a smile/

The appointment was quick and easy. The man who helped me was courteous and helpful in explaining the cost, expected time to complete the tire change, etc. It was an easy experience. Very satisfied!

I got a flat in the middle of a work day, feeling a bit stressed having to deal with this, I slowly drove over to find a very helpful guy named Cory who quickly fixed my tire and had me on my way and back to work in 20 min! Great experience for an unfourtunate flat!

As always Brian did an excellent job in assisting me with figuring out what was going on with my two back tires. It's awesome to have insurance through Big O as well since there was no cost to patch my tire this time. Thanks as always to that location as well as Brian making the experience smooth and great.

I called about an oil change and tire rotation for my Acura and they got me right in, gave me a great price, returned my car very timely, and gave me a full report of their inspection of all the major components. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be returning for my next service and will encourage my wife and my friends to use them too!

This visit was a few days after I'd been to Big O for a lot of work needed on my car. This trip was because I'd apparently picked up a nail. There was another little item I wanted them to check, but they explained it probably wasn't a big issue and it could stay as is. As far as the flat was concerned, they patched it and said the patch would last longer than the tire. Geoff, Aiyana and the fellow who checked me out were just great! No need to go anywhere else. From the moment I got there, I knew I was in good hands. Extremely satisfied with my whole experience.

These guys do it the right way. I called in the morning needing new wipers quickly, as was going on a road trip. Dave said they weren't in the store, but could get them in an hr or so. They called back shortly and said they were in. I drove down and they installed them immediately and was on my way.
