The agents were all very friendly, explained how the bubble occurred on the tire, gave me choices in replacement tires and I didn’t have to wait long. The waiting room was comfortable. Overall good experience.

It’s convenient and work is always done right. I do however think that tires are less expensive at other locations, but I’ll stick with BIG O Tires

I popped in without an appointment… I curbed a tire (it was toast). They were busy and all the bays were full. They allowed me to drop the tire & wheel to expedite service.

I have been coming to this store for years. My family has 5 drivers so we have a lot of cars. I recently got into a bit of a beef regarding the cost of some repairs they did, some of which was my fault, some of which was my son's fault, as he brought the car in. The manager was very gracious about resolving the issue with me, which I appreciated. I will definitely continue bringing my cars here for service.

I like the ease of doing business at this location. The manager was very good. Your appointment scheduling did not work properly but your manager did call me and got the vehicle taken care of.

Used them for the tire rotation/oil change groupon in the past, most recently went to them for a flat tire. They're quick and do a great job!

Asked to check a tire for a leak. After verifying the tire can not be repaired gave me options of tires to purchase and made the change.
