Big O Tires

Just a 4 wheel balance job. Mike did a super job, and even went beyond the norm. He marked my wheels and explained what the different holes (Universal Fit) were for. The balance is perfect now.

They were able to get me in same day, knew what they were doing on my 67 Mustang

I went into order tires for my Tesla model S, they were able to get my order in at a competitive price. And install the tires balanced and aligned the vehicle the same day.

I called in to see if they could get me in late one Monday afternoon and they did!!

The service technician was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, super upbeat, and fun. I trusted him, and understood everything that would be done to my car/ how much it would cost. I paid the amount I was quoted and the employee also explained the report with the alignment details stapled to my invoice. Caden, I think his name was!

I was told that my tires are getting old and they cannot service them after a specific date. Not high remarks in my book for expensive 4x4 tires. They have no real wear and have not been used off road.. . The vehicle has been garaged. I have never been able to use the warranties on any of my tires that I have purchased at your facility due to Big O tire rules whereas other vendors will work with me on the warranty. I have bought at least 8 sets if tires for my vehicles at your store.

Tires and price were excellent. Lift was broken so I did not get the free alignment check.
