Had what seemed to be a slow leak in one of the tires. Big O tooko ff the tire and checked it for nails or holes and could not find a cause of the leak. No charge.

The online appointment schedule the check in and the explanation of the wait. Time spent to find out the reason of the visit clean space while waiting and the attention to detail to correct the alignment issues and concern. Great price

Great service and Turn around time

The problem encountered was my spare tire lowering device was not cooperating. It took extra attention from a senior service technician who gave it his all and never once complained. I am sure another shop would have thrown their hands up. But Big-O completed the job. Outstanding! The only reason I would likely not return form my next service is I purchased my tires elsewhere with road hazard warranty.

I called needing new tires and a brake inspection. Steven said they had my tires on stock at a lower price than other tire shops and that I can come by any time. The service was fast and friendly.

Due to living to far to m as ke the trip on my days off from work, I took my truck in for service and they were able to give me a ride to and from. Super convenient.

I brought the car in for an alignment. They checked the adjustment alignment and said it is in spec so they didn't charge for it. Then they charged a fair price to swap the front tires and that helped the issue and confirmed that the issue was tire-related. The tires had been purchased elsewhere.
