Big O Tires

Kurt , again did a great job on fixing all my problems and more. I only trust "big O" in Cameron Park with all my vehicles (5).

All the employees were very friendly and they're customer service was great. I went in to get my tires replaced and they were done much faster then expected and everything look perfect.

I had a bolt in my tire, the tires were purchase from this store. I was told they would not fix it due to low tread. I had 47k on 65K warranty tires. All tread was down equal, but not bald by any means. I was given a quote of $1200 to replace my tires. NO WARRANTY adjustment due to not fully documented for all 5K mile rotations. I have done some of my own rotations due to ability to go in and wait for tire rotations. I drove away with a bolt in my tire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called America Tire and got a quote of $873 for top rated Michelins. I asked if I came in with a similar situation if they would approve some warranty adjustment. They indicated that even if I did not have DOCUMENTED tire rotations at that store or any of the America Tire store or any store they would honor the warranty. Because I have had such good experiences with your store, buying 10 sets of tires or more from your store, I called back and talked to Geoff. He was very cordial and matched America Tire store price. He was excellent at saving the sale for you! As a side note, my front brakes were down less than 1/2 of their life. I was told they were low and needed to be replaced. I do my own brakes and have since replace them but at the end of the day, found out that the information given by Big O was premature for brake pad replacements. I will be more careful next time. I was told that they only had 3 CM of tread wear left. There is not much more on the new brake pads I purchased. I always do my own brakes. . . Thank you..

Finally found the A Team. Geoff and his team did an amazing job. I took my Tacoma in because of a binding nose in the front end. They did the inspection and found a missing bolt as well as a loose one. They then saw fluid on the Rack and Pinion Boot. Ordered the parts and installed a remanufactured Rack and Pinion and the boot. Also did a four wheel alignment, and was ready for pick up the same day. Thanks again to Geoff and his team.

They were fast but very professional

Dallas Brandon was very helpful. Very great customer service. Explained everything really well, gave us a little of being military and didn't pressure us into anything. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me and was very fortunate they had an opening to help us right away.

i went in there with a large nail in my tire. They saw that i purchased the tires from there and fixed it for free within 15 minutes. The service was excellent.

Good service, able to get me in early

My guys at Cameron Park took great care of me as usual. I have come to expect the best in service and friendliness at Bit-O Cameron Park.

The employee came and explained to me what the issue was and even showed me how my lug nuts were no longer fitting into the normal socket. Also they updated me on what was going on.

The guys at Big O are always super nice and they get the job done. I will not ever take my vehicles any where else. They are very knowledgeable and experts at their jobs.

The manager was so good, I thought he was the owner. In my eyes, that's about the highest compliment you can give a business, and I mean your manager not me, because I know that employees are a product of how they are treated by upper management, nice work!

Geoff is a great Manager, always treats me like a friend. He explains the product or service, gives me a fair price and gets the job done as quickly as possible. The guys installed & balanced 4 new tires in just over 1/2 an hour today! We've been customers for well over a decade (probably over 2) because of the way we're treated at Big O.
