Big O Tires

As a mom, it sucks to have something throw of my plans for the day. I dropped my son off at school, headed to the grocery store and walked back to find a screw in my tire. I popped into Big O and had only 2 hours before I had to get back to my son's school. My tech looked at the vehicle and promised it to me within an hour.. I went for a walk and returned, and it was already ready!

I have been coming to this Big O since 2017 and they have always been exceedingly honest, polite, and very fair with customers. I came in today to have my tires rotated and was fully expecting to pay anywhere from $5 - $15 for the rotation and they charged me nothing. This was on a new car that was not oufitted with tires purchased at Big O.. 100 bravos for Big O #5081!!!!

I had a a specific tire brand and model I wanted and Nitto tire had Big O Tires listed as a distributor. Your associate was able to locate those tires and have them brought in the next morning. The price was comparable to what I was able to find online. I left my truck there for a few hours and the job was completed in a timely manner. Its not my first time at your store, you earned my business with a previous purchase on an older Chevy truck I purchased tires for last year.
