Big O Tires

Employees are courteous and this shop has a high level of integrity. They, also, do not look for an opportunity to gouge or take advantage of customers. As an example, I brought in my fairly new car for a tire rotation expecting to pay $5 - $15 for it, but they charged me nothing! I did not buy the tires on my car from Big O and they still charged me nothing! I will definitely buy my next tires from this location. In addition they automatically updated my CARFAX records ...!

Jeff and his crew at Big O have always been helpful and honest. If they make a mistake they own it and our quick to rectify it. I only use Big O tire in Brentwood for vehicle maintenance.

It can be pricy but your getting honest work and authentic care. Show up early at 8am when they open.

There was a gentleman by the name of Randall and a Hispanic guy ..I must say they gave satisfactory service…I came there with a flat tire I just got off work and was extra stress because I has long shift ..but when I arrive Randall was so professional and helpful he help me in a swift manner he got me check in quickly and was very attentive…i give him and the y other guy 10 + stars ..I will tell everyone to come to this location if they want to experience excellent customer service…Thank you Randall
