Big O Tires

Hi Jeff! Everyone was GREAT!!! I got another nail in the same tire. UNREAL!!! This time the wife was driving the truck. And it wasn't a nail but a piece of tubing!?!? We were BLESS!!! It went flat at JC Pennys parking lot! THANKS AGAIN!!!

The staff was very inviting and provided service in a timely manner. The overall experience left me feeling confident in the staff to do an amazing job. When I returned it was just what I expected and more. Above and beyond.

I have to say Jeff and his crew at Big O in Brentwood have it dialed in.The shop was busy the day I was in but watching everyone do their work was interesting.Nobody seemed to be not doing something.The guy who did my tires deserves an award, he seemingly never left the machine where tires were taken off and replaced and then balanced.Anyway I just though I'd say a few things about how well this business is run.

I was in n out in about 10mins to drop off my vehicle and it was finished sooner than expected

I had just gotten home from having my alignment adjusted to realize that I had a tack in my front right tire & had to take it back to the shop. But when I got it back they were more than willing to help me with my tire problem & fixed it free of charge!

Jeff and his whole crew are great. They always provide the best service of any tire store I've ever been to. They treat us like family.

Had an appointment for an aliment at 10:00 am and they were on time, said it would take about 1 hour and it was completed in 50 minutes, yea! I have had 3 vehicles aligned and they also checked tires, brakes and suspension. They are there to help you, they don't pressure you. They have my business for sure

My wife recently went in for a new Tire. They got her in quicky despite it being Friday afternoon and very busy. Big O has provided great customer service and great competitive prices.

10 am appointment for wheel balance and rotation, also alignment, I t was complete in just over one hour, the car was clean and free of fingerprints and grease on the steering wheel! What more could you ask for!

Brought my car in for brakes (146,000) miles so I thought they were due. I received the phone car within an hour and was told they still had 40/60 left. They rotated the tires and I was done. Thanks guys.

I took my vehicle for a tire rotation. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The manager Jeff was very helpful and explained to me about the proper air pressure for better tire life.

I am very pleased with my service with Brentwood, CA BIG O Tires, especially with Marco. He always helps me with my services and he is always patient, professional, and honest with me every time. This place with always get my business.

I took my flat in, in the bed of my pickup and asked them to repair it. A bit later I got a call - all done. When I arrived, I learned that there was no problem found with the tire - so, no charge. Then, they put the tire back on the truck AND put the spare back (which involves winding it up under the bed - a painfully slow process). Thanks guys - I really appreciate that!

Employees are courteous and this shop has a high level of integrity. They, also, do not look for an opportunity to gouge or take advantage of customers. As an example, I brought in my fairly new car for a tire rotation expecting to pay $5 - $15 for it, but they charged me nothing! I did not buy the tires on my car from Big O and they still charged me nothing! I will definitely buy my next tires from this location. In addition they automatically updated my CARFAX records ...!
