I recently got a flat tire and had to be towed to Big O at almost closing time but I called ahead and they waited. When we arrived, they put on my spare and ordered a new tire in a matter of minutes. When the new tire arrived a few days later, they called me and I was pleased how quickly and efficiently they replaced the tire.

Always friendly, prompt service, even with a flat repair. Great value and location is close to home and convenient walking distance.

My tire pressure indicator indicated low pressure even though it looked very normal. I took it in to have it reset and the tires rotated. In the process they discovered 2 nails, so they repaired the tire, rotated the tires, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. First Class Service!

Great service and prices

I have used Big O in Brentwood quite a few times. Every time has been a great experience. I took my car in for brakes a few days ago. I got a ride home. Then I got picked up & brought back to the shop. Couldn't ask for more. Plus the price I got for brakes was a fair price.

Randall was friendly and quick to help. After service, he informed me that tires were looking low on tread. Recommended some options and price quotes.
