Overall Service

I'm a little torn with my last visit.Your staff got me in right away when I was having brake issues with a grinding that you could hear and feel.I was pleased that they worked me in fast, no doubt.Did my problem get fixed, well no.Why?Because my vehicle wasn't making the noise at that exact time.Is it back to making that grinding?Yes.Can I always drop everything and bring it right back.No.Disappointed they didn't see or hear anything, but my vehicle is still making the grinding noise now and then.I will eventually get back there, but until then, I have to deal with this and pray a brake pad or whatever it is doesn't fall off while driving.

the outside sitting area for social distancing could use more shade umbrellas.

They rotated my tires and left the hub cap on the spare and did not replace it on the tire rotated to the vehicle. Now I have to remove the spare from the carrier, remove the hub cap, replace the tire to the carrier, jack the vehicle up remove the rotated tire from the vehicle replace the hub cap and place the tire back on the vehicle. Not my idea of a good job if i have to fix their mistake, like they're just rushing and laziness. Weird how when rotating the tires the technician didn't notice that every other tire had a hub cap except one. That the tires didn't look right. Mind you I dropped the vehicle off so there was no rush of me waiting for it. A little disappointed since I bought the tires there too. Also, they were supposed to do a break check and nothing was mentioned during check out so I inquired about it and the cashier just said, they didn't write anything about it so they must be ok. I looked at the invoice and no mention a break inspection was even done so I'm not certain one was even performed. Not impressed.

Quality of service

I've always liked this place however when I went to get my free rotation and balance I came out with a shake in my steering wheel on and then a young man got grease all over my door inside panel and my seat covers very unclean.

I came to the store to get a cvj cover replaced. I also needed the oil pan replaced because the plug threads were worn. I was told that they would not replace the pan. This is a small cast part,not a full pan like many cars. It could have been done while the boot was being replaced. I understand the Big O is not a full service shop, but what I needed required no special tools or any training just a hoist. It didn't even require a auto mechanic, just someone who can turn a socket wrench. In short they could have helped me If they wanted too. Instead I had to find someone to fix it later that day.

Marco and Jim were very professional and the time and quality of the tire being fixed was excellent.

Woody is not very warm and friendly. I have purchases several sets of tires over the years from your store and I have also have front end work done there as well. I am not a stranger to your store but I was treated as if he had never seen me before. A smile and a friendly greeting go a long way in the service business. Also, I waited 2 hours to have a flat tire repaired...

I bought four new tires and had my rims paint chipped with impact gun; told manager and he stated that my rims weren't in the best shape to start..?!? I said I just wanted to let you know and that I didn't appreciate the inexperience with the use of an impact gun on painted rims.. He stated for me to stop being a dick..?!?! Then the tires had a balancing problem so I took them to the Antioch store to have them rebalanced.. (so I didn't have to deal with the manager).. Then recently my low pressure Alarm light came on and I took the car to Americas Tire in Brentwood.. They said my back tires were already needed to be replaced and my front were half worn.. I only have a little over 4,000 miles on these brand new tires!! Just barely ready to be rotated.., The manager at Americas tire stated that the tires that Big O in Brentwood put on my car were not rated for the cars weight and that was the reason for all my problems.. THERE GOES 900 dollars that I just spent at Brentwood Big O!!!!! So I say No to Big O...!!!!!!!!! Now I need new tires again!!!!' Really frustrating!!!!

Told an 1 to 2 hours for 2 oil changes and 2 free tire rotations and balance. Came back in an about an 1hr 30 min and was told maybe 2 more hours.

I have been to this location before for my other vehicles, and have never experienced an issue. This was a different vehicle, and the staff did a thorough job reviewing the issues I presented. There was no pressure and all issues were explained throughly. I will be purchasing tires from Big O in the coming week.

They are always friendly and professional whenever I come to have my van serviced.

They came out to my car and greeted me upon arrival. I had an 11:00 am appointment -- they were right on time and took my car right in.. I was provided with a secure place to sit and wait for my car.
