Me second time to use this shop. Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. It took a longer this time around and left my rims dirty when I got my car. Thought perhaps they would at least clean what they dirtied. Will use them again though.

Scheduling, check in, awareness to who I was and what I was doing, started work at scheduled time, completed work at expected time, all work completed, my truck stops!(had brake work done so this is important), easy process for payment. Always enjoy seeing their friendly faces!

I'm giving you a 3 not because of the service that hasn't happened yet I'm giving you a 3 which is very generous because your website won't let me make an appointment so I have to show up right nearly on Monday to hopefully get in and get my tire fixed That's the only reason you're getting a 3 if because of your website and the scheduling tool for appointment tool just does not work.

I was planning to drive to the store and realized I had a driver flat tire. In addition to this I have been having trouble with the back tires, low air. I showed up at Big O Tires, asking for assistance. Very friendly and fast. Fix all three tires, (screws). Explained to me very common with construction occurring in area. Great job making me feel less anxiety. Also told me of another finding and recommend I look into it. I am happy I have my car back and am able to preform simple tasks like driving to the store!! Best of all, I do not have to put air in my tires anymore. If the air goes low, I simple drive back to Big O Tires to get my tires looked at and air placed in them.
