Big O Tires

I had the worse experience ever at this place!!! I went in for new tires. We waited over 4 hours for this to be done! About the halfway point I went to ask how much longer on the wait and the guy acted like I was bothering him and he seemed like he was wanting to argue about it. I sat and watched the so called "service techs" as they stood around and laughed and snacked and visited for well over 30 minutes at one point instead of working on the vehicles!!! I watched as one lady sit and wait literally all day for her vehicle.And after my vehicle was FINALLY done, all of the tire caps were missing! We had to go back in and ask them for the caps! Then we went to travel home (5 hours away) and all the tires went flat!!! No nails in the tires, no side wall damage, nothing!! I called this place back and did not get one apology or offer of a refund!!! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! This is one sorry excuse for a business. They need to get shut down. You all should read their yelp reviews!!! I am kicking myself that I should have researched this place before going here because I definitely would not have gone here for service at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

i came for windshield wiper blades. Keaton Shroyer askone number me if could help me. I said yes. i told him that i needed some wiper blades. Keaton ask me for my phone number. I gave him the number. Keaton ask if i had my own wiper blades to put on. I told him that i did not. Keaton subjected that it would cost me $40.00 and they would be best. I told him that fine and they could do it. Keaton ask for my keys and i give them to him the keys. About twenty minutes later my truck was done and it cost me less then $40.00. I told keaton thank you. it was a great and i will come back for more services.

The men are always very courteous and professional. The get the job done within the time frame they give. And they were very patient with me, as I was upset about the flat tire. I won't go anywhere else!

Because the service team did a great job when it came time for my payment. They were able to help me split my payment on 2 different cards and helped me by making sure I knew which head light is out and that I also have license plate light out too. So that I can replace them myself.
