Big O Tires

I had the worse experience ever at this place!!! I went in for new tires. We waited over 4 hours for this to be done! About the halfway point I went to ask how much longer on the wait and the guy acted like I was bothering him and he seemed like he was wanting to argue about it. I sat and watched the so called "service techs" as they stood around and laughed and snacked and visited for well over 30 minutes at one point instead of working on the vehicles!!! I watched as one lady sit and wait literally all day for her vehicle.And after my vehicle was FINALLY done, all of the tire caps were missing! We had to go back in and ask them for the caps! Then we went to travel home (5 hours away) and all the tires went flat!!! No nails in the tires, no side wall damage, nothing!! I called this place back and did not get one apology or offer of a refund!!! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! This is one sorry excuse for a business. They need to get shut down. You all should read their yelp reviews!!! I am kicking myself that I should have researched this place before going here because I definitely would not have gone here for service at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I use Big o in Arizona, Utah. Everywhere I go some shops just stick out. They are so great they go out of their way to help you and be as fast as they can

Because the service team did a great job when it came time for my payment. They were able to help me split my payment on 2 different cards and helped me by making sure I knew which head light is out and that I also have license plate light out too. So that I can replace them myself.

I brought my car in for a oil change, they took it right in and was completed with in 30 minutes. Big O has always given me Great Service.

Always a great experience! Keaton was friendly and helpful! Won’t go anywhere else!
