Dan and his crew were awesome! Very professional and really made me feel at home. The waiting room is like a living room with popcorn, donuts and cold water. Very personable and do the repairs on your car you need without trying to suggest parts you don't need. If you need tires or car repair don't hesitate to bring it here! I'm glad I did.

I bought my tires from a different big o tires. from a different state. and the employees at this location took care of me as if I purchased them here.

My car runs great now

I always have a good and all communicated service with the staff. I get my oil changes here everytime. Best of all I get for advice about my car and I'm very pleased with the overall attention I get.

It's not often you visit an auto repair shop and learn the names of everyone at the counter and they aren't wearing tags. These guys are a snapshot of what this experience should be across the board. I even met my tech Alfonzo! When does that happen?! Save yourself a lot of trouble and dealing with dipsh*ts and get to a Big O Tires!

Customer service was great. Initially quoted me a price that was above competitors price, and when I informed him, he was able to beat their price over the phone. Everyone was nice and seemed like they truly valued your business.

First of all I was impressed with the clean shop and the lounge area with complimentary water and fruits for the customers. The staff was amazing and let me know periodically that they were very busy and would get me out in a timely manner. I was so impressed with the service that I will continue to come back and bring my vehicle for any needs.

I was in consistent communication with Jeremy. His explanations of what parts needed replacement and the cause of the problem as well as how these particular parts help operate my vehicle was clearly detailed. As a hard of hearing customer, Jeremy was extremely patient and considerate of what I can afford done to my vehicle at the time of service was very much appreciated. On my invoice there was quoted services that they recommend I get done and these services I declined so, having the quotes noted for future opportunity of getting my vehicle serviced by this location was extremely helpful. I’ve received vehicle services at this location before and this second time around, I am still satisfied with the overall performance that Big O’ Tire has done for me and my vehicle. Thank you to Jeremy and the team/mates that serviced my ride.

Not only did they give me a ride to work, Dan and his crew went above and beyond for an oil change. Dan treated me like family, made sure my Jeep was safe and that I was happy. Will be back for ALL my Jeep needs. Tires are next Dan!
