I brought in my EV (tesla model 3) I had a bad tire on the rear passenger side and I needed help the same day. Even though location 4238 didn't have any currently in stock Adrian at the front desk able to order me a tire and it had gotten delivered the same day! Not only that, but he had given me the best possible price at the time and he didn't know it but he really helped me out to keep my promise for my family that same day, so I am trying this with deep appreciation for him and his service. Not only was his conversation great but his walk backed up his talk and because of this I will absolutely be back to this location as it was my first experience with the company! Thank you again Adrian and thank you guys for having such a great business model!

Awesome customer service from start to finish.

The owner, Stephen Lopez, and the associate José Alonso Vega, were extremely nice, very considerate of our issue and resolving the problem. we had traveled from New Mexico here to Mesa to pick up our granddaughters to return back to New Mexico but only to find out that the front brakes were going bad plus needed some new tires. Both the sales associate and the owner were very understanding more than willing to help, fix our problem and get us back on the road safely and in a very quick manner of time. They both are amazing. People went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and if we needed anything or more than willing to help.
