Big O Tires

Got my car towed in with a flat tire. I just needed a repair and was back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Excellent service, everyone was knowledgeable and efficient!

The service was performed on time and I was done in less then 30 minutes, excellent service.

Ran into a little problem with some parts that had issues and then one was damaged when the 1st one was being repaired. I brought it back and their excellent manager Walker fixed everything with apologies and did some extras to make sure i was happy. He knows how to do great customer service and is pleasant to work with!

I've been to this big o a few times now and each time I'm so pleasantly surprised at how clean this big o is and the incredible customer service. They were extremely helpful and got to my car in such a timely manner. They were very trustworthy and didn't try to sell me any lies about something else being wrong with my car. They're an honest staff. Then to top it off they have toys for my kids to play with while we waited and the kids were entertained the entire time. They even had free waters for us to grab. One time they even stayed late just to get to my car when I brought it in right when closing! There's also a beautiful view to look at out the window as well. Something that could have been stressful, especially with the kids, turned out so easy each time! They really took care of me and kept me informed about my car. All in all I won't go anywhere else from now on! I'd drive miles just to go to this big o store!

Been going here for years; usually have all three vehicles serviced here. You guys always treat us fairly.

I am new to the area and this was my first visit to Big O Tires. I was very impressed with the ALL of the staff at the Apache Junction location. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My car problem was quickly solved and at a fair price. I will definitely return for all of my auto needs. Jesse

I went big o on Idaho in apache junction to fill my Freon for my AC the crew was great and you're service representative Jamie was the best I have seen in 65 years of driving for as young she is she knows her "business". I would come because her professional atitude.

This was my first time to Big O for service and the experience was most positive! Was serviced by Walker Waldie, the store manager, and he "listened" and made suggestions in a positive manner. My trip was for an oil change, but I had suspected my alignment may be out, so the free check... with print out showing the issues was very good. I ended up getting that done as well. It is evident that Mr. Waldie's attitude impacts his staff, as all were efficient, fast, most polite and helpful. I intend to make this Big O my place for service in the future.
