They honored my shop local cars and have me a courtesy ride to my home while with was being completed.

Service was great but had same 2 tires put on at Discount tire and difference of $30.00 between places. Question why more expensive at Big O, don't you price macg HDo you price match you were $30.00 more than Discount tire.

The teams was friendly and professional. They addressed all my questions and fixed what I needed.

This location goes above and beyond with customer service. I had an issue with a tire that they installed for me. Walker and Michael helped to get my problem fixed ASAP for me. I would suggest that any and everyone stop by and support this family owned business. Theyll GREAT!!!

I brought my vehicle in to have a tire rotation (from previous purchase of Big o tires). Had another vehicle with a screw in the tire and Big o repaired it in record time, complementary. Quite impressed.

I can't say enough about the amazing service I have had several times at big o in AJ. Very professional, helpful, considerate, more than fair, etc going out of their way! I have had a lot of work done between both my cars and been very happy and blessed. I have been so many times even multiple times in the same week or two and they greet me by name. I walked in without an appointment and was able to drop off my truck and return within a hour and half to pick it up. Even though I came in for an oil change and an oil filter - the truck drove better after I picked it up than before I dropped it off. They even aired my tires.
