Big O Tires

I've been to this big o a few times now and each time I'm so pleasantly surprised at how clean this big o is and the incredible customer service. They were extremely helpful and got to my car in such a timely manner. They were very trustworthy and didn't try to sell me any lies about something else being wrong with my car. They're an honest staff. Then to top it off they have toys for my kids to play with while we waited and the kids were entertained the entire time. They even had free waters for us to grab. One time they even stayed late just to get to my car when I brought it in right when closing! There's also a beautiful view to look at out the window as well. Something that could have been stressful, especially with the kids, turned out so easy each time! They really took care of me and kept me informed about my car. All in all I won't go anywhere else from now on! I'd drive miles just to go to this big o store!

Had an appointment at 10:00 am I got there a little early they had my truck in the service bay by 10:00 am and completed installing four tires by 11:00 am could not ask for any better service.

I am new to the area and this was my first visit to Big O Tires. I was very impressed with the ALL of the staff at the Apache Junction location. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My car problem was quickly solved and at a fair price. I will definitely return for all of my auto needs. Jesse

I went big o on Idaho in apache junction to fill my Freon for my AC the crew was great and you're service representative Jamie was the best I have seen in 65 years of driving for as young she is she knows her "business". I would come because her professional atitude.

They made appointment quickly and promptly took care of my problem.

This was my first time to Big O for service and the experience was most positive! Was serviced by Walker Waldie, the store manager, and he "listened" and made suggestions in a positive manner. My trip was for an oil change, but I had suspected my alignment may be out, so the free check... with print out showing the issues was very good. I ended up getting that done as well. It is evident that Mr. Waldie's attitude impacts his staff, as all were efficient, fast, most polite and helpful. I intend to make this Big O my place for service in the future.

came for oil change and was told i needed a new set of tires. since i was leaving for a 300 mile trip in five days i appreciate their letting me know this. would not want to be driving on bad tires.

Fantastic store. Fantastic customer service. Went in for the free alignment check. Unable to check due to other issues with the front end. They actually showed me the issues and gave me a reasonable quote.

Jamie and the staff went above and beyond to fix my trailer brakes. They also did the tires and packed the bearings for me. I also had my oil changed on my Rig and the tires rotated for free. Their prices were great and Jamie kept me informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend these guys!
