Big O Tires

Jamie and the staff went above and beyond to fix my trailer brakes. They also did the tires and packed the bearings for me. I also had my oil changed on my Rig and the tires rotated for free. Their prices were great and Jamie kept me informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend these guys!

Walker was very helpful on phone and was great about fitting my truck service in before the end of the day, knowing that I had told him I was passing through from Colorado, he needs a raise, very helpful and service was awesome!!

My vehicle is a 2007 Corvette #445 of 500 Indy Pace Car. This BigO has Vette knowledge employees. My Vette isn’t touched by morons. Any repair must be done correctly & BigO knows what they’re doing.

This was not the original location of purchase, but with a copy of my original recpt - this location honored my warranty - not only that - but then discovered that my car takes two different size tires - different size front to back - and told me that the original location put 4 of the same size tires! They did not have the correct size for that back tires in stock - ordered and I will be back 7/15/2019 to make this right!!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My first visit was simple oil change. Service was fast, friendly, priced competitively. So when I found a screw in my tire a few days later I went back. They were going to patch it free of charge. The tire exploded (it happens). They gave me a ride home, replaced my Michelin PAC tire (not cheap) and had me ready to go in a couple hours. I will get my next set of tires there because they handled it so well.

First time visiting Big O Tires and the complete experience was great! We were greeted with a friendly smile. The whole transaction was explained very well.

Went in told them problem. They did not want me to leave without checking a few things out first. Thank God they did. Saved my truck. I should have checked my oil but at 75 this Old lady has to be careful cause my first instinct is to just climb up there. 2007 Dodge ram hemi. The lads at the store were so very kind. Not condescending by any means. Spoke to me with respect. I know my stuff I'm just older now. It was nice to have a gentleman to assist me. Wish I had grandchildren lol. Thank you for asking 😊
