My first experience at a Big O Tires was not a good one at all. But that was at a different location. The location in Apache Junction, AZ is just excellent. I continue to return there because everyone is very nice and professional and if there is an issue, they deal with it right away to make sure everything is right. It is very comforting to know I have a "tire place" to go when I need tires, have a flat or just need an alignment.

While shopping for four new tires, I Was told the price and when they would be available. When I decided to purchase them,They were on my truck , paid and driving away inside an hour and a half. Comfortable waiting room, friendly staff.

This was mot a typical tire store transaction, but it was handled well.

The place was very clean. The staff was highly friendly, and the wait time wasn’t too long.

This was not the original location of purchase, but with a copy of my original recpt - this location honored my warranty - not only that - but then discovered that my car takes two different size tires - different size front to back - and told me that the original location put 4 of the same size tires! They did not have the correct size for that back tires in stock - ordered and I will be back 7/15/2019 to make this right!!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
