I know so little about cars, so I took it in to get the oil changed and tires inspected.They looked at everything and informed me of what needed fixed or replaced. I’m satisfied they will keep my car in good running condition for me and that’s what I was looking for.

I dropped off the first set of tires to be dismounted and new remounted and was so surprised at how quickly it was done that I went home and got the other 2 on the same day to get done. Wow excellent service as they were the 12” rims that are not easily to be mounted at times.

Very impressed by the level of professionalism. I was greeted at the door and promptly taken care of. I was only in for a tire repair but that was enough to impress me with the effort the employees take to keep the premises clean.

Good customer service.

I had a flat tire. I stopped by around closing time. My tire couldn’t be fixed.. the attendant said they had my size so I asked them to put it on. I then decide to make an appointment for the the other 3 new tires to be put on. The attendant made the appointment and checked with the technician. He decided he could put all of them on even though it was quitting time. I truly appreciate Big O and their employees for the help and service they provided!

Jamie is my go to girl. She knows her stuff and will exceed every expectation to get the job done. She's so honest and will literally tell you if your car is worth putting money into. This lady deserves so much recognition. I drive miles to visit this bigo because of the exemplary performance of the staff. Thank you jamie and bigo team. Great customer service. Caleb Johnson, was very professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service. I was a walk in, and Caleb was upfront to me about having to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. He was correct, it was almost 3 hours before I left Big O Tires after the oil change. Of course, it was understandable since I was a walk in. No complaints from me. However, maybe next time I might try another establishment or just go to the Ford dealer. Big O is the best...
