They are always so nice and efficient and have always treated us very well and did the work very well

Big O did great job and I will be a customer for life. I had a power steering pump that was replaced in January and a month later there was an problem with the replacement part. The team at Big O were great at diagnosing the new issue and even came to my house to try and figure out the problem since it persisted after I left the shop. After the problem continued I was to take my care back which they kept overnight and delivered back to my house in the morning fixed and free of charge. Walker the manager and his technician were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Thank you for being there and getting my problem fixed in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend your shop to others.

Everyone was professional and friendly and the time it took for my oil change was great. They remember me there and treat both me and my RAV4 like a friend would.

I had a flat tire. I stopped by around closing time. My tire couldn’t be fixed.. the attendant said they had my size so I asked them to put it on. I then decide to make an appointment for the the other 3 new tires to be put on. The attendant made the appointment and checked with the technician. He decided he could put all of them on even though it was quitting time. I truly appreciate Big O and their employees for the help and service they provided!

Service was good Mike was very accommodating, even making us a new pot of coffee. Technician even let us observe the brack pads and drums while tires were off. Only suggestion would be adding a car wash to the services center we have that back in the midwest and its a wonderful feature of a oil change and car service.

Great customer service. Caleb Johnson, was very professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service. I was a walk in, and Caleb was upfront to me about having to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. He was correct, it was almost 3 hours before I left Big O Tires after the oil change. Of course, it was understandable since I was a walk in. No complaints from me. However, maybe next time I might try another establishment or just go to the Ford dealer. Big O is the best...

My husband had taken out RV here to check out the valve stems he took it home and had a issue with checking the tires, My husband drive up there to ask them a question, since we aren't too far away they came out to the house to find out what the issue was, there was something wrong with the our air hose. Very impressed with the customer service. Thank you!

My first experience at a Big O Tires was not a good one at all. But that was at a different location. The location in Apache Junction, AZ is just excellent. I continue to return there because everyone is very nice and professional and if there is an issue, they deal with it right away to make sure everything is right. It is very comforting to know I have a "tire place" to go when I need tires, have a flat or just need an alignment.
