Very good experience

The advisor was outstanding. It appeared that they were short handed, but he was able to jump around from computer to computer and handle several customers at the same time, and kept his cool while doing so. I recommend a rise for him.

Big O did great job and I will be a customer for life. I had a power steering pump that was replaced in January and a month later there was an problem with the replacement part. The team at Big O were great at diagnosing the new issue and even came to my house to try and figure out the problem since it persisted after I left the shop. After the problem continued I was to take my care back which they kept overnight and delivered back to my house in the morning fixed and free of charge. Walker the manager and his technician were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Thank you for being there and getting my problem fixed in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend your shop to others.

Honored there work and parts to the highest level

I truely was impressed by the kindness of your staff as I am handicaped. The drive me back and pickup when my truck was ready was a nice feature. The only thing that I need is someone to tell me what the $54.80 was for. Do not get me wrong I expected to pay something but tell me what is was for. Also since I signed up ACIMA I do not know where to call or what the amonut is due. Other than that I or

a very good work place and people who like what they are doing.

Service was good Mike was very accommodating, even making us a new pot of coffee. Technician even let us observe the brack pads and drums while tires were off. Only suggestion would be adding a car wash to the services center we have that back in the midwest and its a wonderful feature of a oil change and car service.

Good price on a quality tire

Fast excellent service. Vehicle was serviced quickly and I was notified it was ready. I was charged the exact price I was told it would be and checkout was very fast and efficient. Excellent overall experience!

My husband had taken out RV here to check out the valve stems he took it home and had a issue with checking the tires, My husband drive up there to ask them a question, since we aren't too far away they came out to the house to find out what the issue was, there was something wrong with the our air hose. Very impressed with the customer service. Thank you!
