Big O Tires

To start off it was busy, but I was not acknowledged. Well, im spending money and relying on their expertise.. probably won't go back. And to top it off my steering wheel was full of black gunk. Probably go online and give them 1 star for that.

Very friendly and fast service

They called my 17 Journey a 16 wrangler and tried to tell me I needed shocks. When they fixed my year make and model they decided I did not have shocks so instead my front struts needed to be replaced for just over $1000. Got an oil change (prepaid) at the Dodge dealership the next day and had them check my struts. Imagine my surprise when they said they were fine.

Found the problem and fixed it quickly.

You have lost me as a customer. I had a 4PM appointment for a oil change, I arrive 10 minutes early and your staff even recognizes the fact that I'm early. I'm thinking I will be out maybe half hour or so BUT over an hour and a half that is RIDICULOUS!!. Absolutely no communication from anyone on why its taking so long. I went up to ask and the Assistant Manager he told me that they had a car stuck up on the lift. So tell me that, just don't let me sit there and wonder why in the heck did I chose to come here and give you my business? Well I will stick with Discount Tire for now on at least they keep you informed of problems or delays and make it right. I will go back to Wal Mart because at least I can do some shopping while I wait that hour and a half.

I have not yet verified that there is no oil leaking after my current service. Service writer was very friendly but tried to sell me a more expensive service than I asked for by saying I could not use regular oil. I still have a very bad feeling for Big O from my last oil change before this one, which was done in Louisville Colorado.

Bought a moderately expensive set of 4 tires for my truck on Friday afternoon and saw Monday morning that they were now on sale, buy 3 get one free. I would gladly have waited til Moday if they would have had the customer service sense to advise me of this. I went back to the store to see if they would honor the sale. They would not. this was not my first bad experience at Big O. I should have learned my lesson, but thought I would give them another try. My bad. As for customer service, the two young ladies out front do their best to ignore you. I guess each hoping the other would wait on you. I was supposed to get a phone call when the tires were installed. They never called. I had to call them after waiting several hours to find out it had been completed quite a while earlier. All in all a poor experience.

Great service and staff. Service was done in a timely manner. Had service there before, that's why we went back.

I had a flat tire & when I called to make appt, the associate was very helpful & said come on down & we'll look after you.

Great Customer service. You had the tires we needed for our camper and delivered them. Personal service is becoming rarer, and it is what will make or break a company. I pray you continue on the path you are on. We appreciated all Caleb did to make the experience excellent.
