Big O Tires

I had a 5pm appointment for an oil change and didn't leave until 6:15. Not sure if they were short staffed or not, but it usually doesn't take that long.

This business was very honest. I went in because of my headlights not turning on, the beams worked, but not the headlights. They recognized I had the switch in the wrong position I couldn't believe that was the only thing wrong, so I truly commend this Big O Tires for their honestly.

Outstanding customer service.

Did not write down all requested service items on work order. Car was returned incomplete. They had to spend more time to make it right. But they made it right.

In my time of needing a tire last minute after running over something on the highway. I think it cost more than i was expecting. but over all a good service & it was done in a timely manner.

Called early morning and spoke to Walker. He said to come on in and he will get me taken care of. Arrived, and he was helpful in getting a quality set of tires on my daughter’s car.

Good service for a last minute decision. I ran over something on the highway. When looking at the hole in the tire. Big O told me i would have to buy a new tire. I was expecting to pay less than what i did for the tire. They were pretty fast & got me back on the road again & my spare tire back on the back of my vehicle.

Hi Rick, I have always been treated well at this location. I was having an oil change. Unfortunately, all 4 clips that hold down the air breather were not done up. I checked when I got home. Also, the wheel lug cover was not completely snapped on properly. I also checked this when I got home. I did not rush anyone, I went shopping at Fry's with my wife and then sat and talked to a lovely gentleman Gary Waldie, your father-in-law. He spoke very highly of you and we spent at least 45 minutes together. We left when he got the result that he needed new tires. Sorry for the information but I have learned in the past to check.

I was told I would need tires very soon. The tires on my vehicle are 2 months old. I was told an alignment was highly recommended. No one test drove my vehicle and there is no abnormal tire wear. A computerized alignment was performed when I purchased the new tires. An oil change was recommended, per the decal in the window I am 2700 miles from being due an oil change. I was also told there was a lower control arm bushing torn and it needed to be replaced. Upon inspection 30 minutes later by an ASE certified technician the tear could not be located. Recommended repairs were all false. Misleading or losing to a client is the fastest way to destroy a business. Both of these were done to me in one visit. Customer service was good, store was very clean and nice. My tire was repaired quickly.

I had a small puncture in my tire and was surprised to learn that there would be no charge to have it repaired. I would have paid, but thank you for offering that.
