Big O Tires

The tire pressure sensor on my 2010 Prius not only went on, but started blinking; something I'd never seen before. I was told that the battery on one of my tire sensors (who knew?) had died. The entire sensor had to be replaced, they had the part, and it was done quickly and efficiently. I was treated courteously and they explained the "operation" to me so I understood. Great experience!

From the moment I arrived Michael Avalos was very helpful. I was actually collecting bids for new tires, this was my 3rd bid, Big O tires bid was slightly higher than the competitor just down the street, but I really felt comfortable with Michael at Big O Tires, taking the best care of me. My battery failed and an Internet search revealed that Big O sells Interstate Batteries. I stopped by at 3:30 in the afternoon to see if they could sell me one. In spite of the fact that they were very busy, they worked me in and in a very short time, my new battery was installed and I was happily on my way.

Had some service work done previously where there was a problem. The manager offered solutions and made things right. Staff was courteous and work was done quickly. I will use this store in the future.

Everyone was so friendly! They have excellent car care as well as customer service! I waited for my car in their waiting area and I observed that the staff treated everyone with excellent care. I am very impressed with this location!

Not sure on the above part of this survey if 1 or 5 is best, but I give an overall 5 star rating to my experience and have twice put out a recommendation to people via Facebook. I was so pleased that they actually had a human answer the phone when I called to see if I could make an appointment ...they said yes! Brakemasters would never make an appt. for an oil change and I went to them for 25 years! I loved that I was greeted in the parking lot and escorted inside where they got my info ect. as a new customer. The whole experience was terrific and I will be going back for sure.
