I was updated on my vehicle on an hourly base, I had nice hot coffee, and read a little, and watch a little

Personnel were very friendly, professional and communicated well with clients

Jamie is courteou, knowledgeable and professional, Mike is the same. I have a high level of regard for this shop and its staff.

Michael & Andrew were very professional and answered all my questions. At times, it is hard if you are not mechanically inclined to understand cars, however they both went beyong to answer all my questions. Very professional! Will go back every time!

Our college-aged daughter hit a chunk of cement and her tire started losing air--she limped into Big O and they immediately took care of her--as if she was their own daughter. We are out of state so to have someone take good care of our girl gave us comfort. We will definitely be back!

Justin Major provided great customer service throughout the process. He kept me informed and also helped with filling out Continental tire warranty as there was an issue with on line site. Alex, store manager also followed up to make sure all was good.
