I first came to this location years back for wheel alignment services. The tire service and customer attention are still awesome! Today, the tires on my vehicle just needed free rotation and balancing because tire product was purchased at Big O tires. Although the tires were purchased at a different location, I was able to get my vehicle in right away since I came into this location right after a busy time. The associate that helped was very friendly and customer oriented. He explained most locations are independently owned, but was able to honor the free tire rotation/balancing. After leaving the location I felt appreciated as a customer and piece of mind that my tires and doing business was hassle free. Thank you Big O Tires!
