HAD A 10 A.M. APPT. THEY started at 9:55. Balanced all 4 tires pointed out to me that one of my wheels were diff. than the other 3, They then looked at spare and it was the same as the other 3. I asked them to put spare tire on other wheel they pointed out the spare was not good enough to do that, so they put matching wheels on the front, I was going to have front end aliened they put on machine and it showed all was ok. My pointhere is that some places would have charged me the fee anyway.

Chris, Brian and Nate are GREAT guys. They are very honest and have saved me money for as long as Chris has had that Franchise.

WE NEEDED TIRES ON OUR MOTORCYCLE TRAILER.WE CALLED, THEY SAID TO BRING IT, WE DID AND IT WAS WITHIN AN HOJR OF OUR CALL.

Big O is clearly overpriced here due to it’s location. If we want we can drive 30 miles to Surprise AZ and buy the same tires at 30 to 50 dollars cheaper every time. Paying them the extra knowing the product is cheaper 30 mikes away is tough to take but the local convenience sometimes makes it easier to purchase in Wickenburg.

Thank you so much to Chris and the Big O employees for providing me prompt and courteous customer service and for the professionalism with the knowledge that you provided me and my mother. I was there last month and was making a long drive and I am so thankful and blessed for being able to get my car in right away and out in little to no time. I appreciate it!

They were all great. I had such a horrible experience in the Woodland Park CO store, tire flew off on the highway, that I said I would never go into a Big O Tires again, but the store in Wickenburg changed my mind. :)
