These people are the best.

We were on our way from our Scottsdale AZ home to Las Vegas NV for our 45th anniversary and had just stopped to fill up gas at the Shell station next door. As we pulled out of the station we ran over a very weird aluminum plug that stuck in our driver's side front tire. The car was very weird to try to steer and was a loud noise as the tire rotated so my wife said hey there's a Big O right next door to the station so we immediately turned around and parked at BigO. When we went inside to tell them the problem they were very understanding, prompt and professional. Both the front desk manager Bryan Foote and the service tech Nathan Hubbard did an amazing job and were able to repair the puncture and we were back on our way to Vegas in less than an hour. I so appreciated their service positive attitudes toward our emergency. I've had my own architectural practice for over 35 years and my wife is a manager at Target for over 15 years and we both recognize the above and beyond. I took my truck in to get an alignment done. While they where looking over the truck they found another issue and called to ask if i would like them to fix it while it was in the shop. The issue they found would have been catastrophic failure of my front end if they would not have found it.
