Their customer service was excellent! I'm extremely pleased with the time-frame for the installation of 4 new tires on my car. I'm unfamiliar with tire brand but I trust their recommendation. In this day-and-age when service is untrustworthy and courtesy is absent, it's encouraging to have a positive experience as noted at "Big O" here in Wickenburg, Arizona! Thank you.

They were able to get me in quickly and were able to order my tires to be installed the next day. I was getting my service done at Walmart but they have since lost my service I will now be getting my car done here at Big O

I had a flat tire. Had my car towed and called Big O to tell them it was coming. He said they were very busy and it might take a bit. They got me on and out with a new tire within 45 minutes
