Big O Tires

Very friendly stayed open a little later for me. I had been stranded on side road for 3 hours and made it there at closing but they were so nice to stay open a lil longer to help me out THANKS AGAIN!!

They make me feel like they are family, doing their best to make sure my car is safe!

I have used this location for years for most all servicing and for tires. It is nice being called by name on sight when I come in, not just a number. If there was any issues, they always took care of it without any argument. My confidence is with them that I will always receive the very best of quality and service needs.

HAD A 10 A.M. APPT. THEY started at 9:55. Balanced all 4 tires pointed out to me that one of my wheels were diff. than the other 3, They then looked at spare and it was the same as the other 3. I asked them to put spare tire on other wheel they pointed out the spare was not good enough to do that, so they put matching wheels on the front, I was going to have front end aliened they put on machine and it showed all was ok. My pointhere is that some places would have charged me the fee anyway.

Coming back to buy tires, and glad to do so. Thanks!

Chris did an outstanding job.

Big O is clearly overpriced here due to it’s location. If we want we can drive 30 miles to Surprise AZ and buy the same tires at 30 to 50 dollars cheaper every time. Paying them the extra knowing the product is cheaper 30 mikes away is tough to take but the local convenience sometimes makes it easier to purchase in Wickenburg.

We got there late in afternoon close to closing time but they took time to fix my so we could continue on with our vacation.

The people that work there make the experience pleasant
