I had an issue and was referred to go see Brian, I called and he was able to get me in right away next morning. I arrived and Brain was ready and one of his techs came ready to get my Jeep and get started. I had no ride home or to get back so I stayed all day, everyone very friendly and Brian even brought me to show me what other problems I had and he quickly got them ordered so I can get back on the road. I highly recommend big o and seeing Brian and his awesome tech I didn't get her name but she was awesome. Great service here as always. Don't know why I didn't go there first when I needing some stuff done. They will always be on my list off fixing my cars.

I have used Big O in CO and various stores in the greater Phoenix valley and I can honestly say that this stor is bar none above the rest! Honest, customer centered and clean!! I had an idea about what was wrong and this store analyzed and "fixed" what the prior store did not address. Thanks, Nate!!

Very satisfied with customer service, reasonable price

Everyone was friendly and really helpful. I had an emergency flat tire and they got me out pretty quick and helped me put all my luggage, tire etc back in my car. Price was good and they were able to repair instead of having to replace.

I had 2 grandchildren with me they had a box of toys for a girl and a boy to play with. They did well playing while we waited to get new tires and no one complained.

I was told what was needed to be done on my grandson's car and what the cost was with no pressure to have the work done.

Two tires on our live-in horse trailer were showing wear. Took it in and jointly decided to go up one load range from E to F. Tires were not immediately available but arrived a couple days later. Big-O took less than 50 minutes to get the worn ones off and new ones balanced and mounted.
