You need to let people know on your $16.00 oil change commercial that it does not apply to your Wickenburg location! It is very misleading for customers!!

Had to replace one of my tires. That was no problem but I asked them to replace a faulty tire pressure sensor and for some reason that part was to difficult for them. They ended up putting bad sensor back in tire.

We got there late in afternoon close to closing time but they took time to fix my so we could continue on with our vacation.

They are great at putting tireson and balancing them. Don't let them put your hubcaps on , you can see where they hit and broke 1 on my hubcaps and a 2 nd one went flying down the road. $120 to replace them. gave me a lame excuse why it broke. I will never do business there again.

Staff not customer service friendly.Felt like I was imposing on the front desk to ask for service.Bought tires and was told they would be put on within 35 to 40 minutes.Then asked if they could do an oil change as well, and was told it would take an hour and half until someone could get to it so I just purchased the new tires.Was there for an hour and a half, got checked out by someone different from the person I spoke to originally, and given no information about the new tires.Not a business I would recommend to others.

I will never bring a car back to Big O. I had a car that was very smooth driving. I brought my car into Big O to have the tires rotated and balanced. I left the store to drive home and my car was now bouncing and weaving on the road. I got home and called them for another appointment to fix the problem. I brought it back a few days later and they tried balancing the tires again. As I was picking up the car the man said my rims were bent. Really??? I drove the car home, it was bouncing and weaving just as bad. My husband, who is a machinist, used his calipers on my rims and they were not bent. Now I have a car that bounces down the road at 50 mpg. Something got ruined when they did my tires.

I was very pleased with the performance and punctuality provided with the major fluids servicing of my pick-up.

I had a nail in my tire. I stopped at this store to get it repaired. The tires I had on there were purchased through another dealer and I still had a warrantee on them. I asked if it can be fixed and they evaluated it and said it was to close to the side and it could not be fixed. They then tried to sell me a tire but I had these tires under a warranty. They put my spare on and charged me 21$. I had to drive over 100 mile to the closed dealer at 50 mph max. When they pulled my tire to evaluate it and it was repairable. I feel BIG O was upset that I 1. didn't want to buy a tire. 2. Bought my tire through another retailer. I would of considered getting my next set of tires through a BIG O if you cared about customers. I could of went to a hole in a wall placed and received a better customer care.
