Big O Tires

The folk worker here appear to really know what their talking about and make a customer feel like they have his best interests in mind.

Service was quick and excellent. Very courteous and they made sure having work done there was a positive and pleasant experience. I will be a regular customer for sure.

I want a Big O because my back tire looked low. As I had purchased my tires from Big O I wanted them to be the ones to look at them. While I was there I also remembered I need to have the tires rotated. I have a special lift on the back of my car for my wheelchair and it proved to be no problem for the guys working on my car. They rotated the tires by elevating the lift with other equipment. I was only there for about 5 minutes. The guys were courteous, helpful and patient. Thank you Big O.

I'vvve been a customer of the Wickenburg Store since it opened about 15 yrs or so?, I'm severely disabled woman,they have always treated me with RESPECT& HONESTY! I'm on Social Security. I'm Low Income. So I must look for the best Price on any repairs. I've gotten Estimates at other Local Repair shops. A;ways came back to BigO! They've ALWAYS, had a much lower estimate. At least 20-30% LESS! Every Employee are very Friendly,Courteous,Polite! Exactly how you wish one was Served at any Establishment. They DO NOT talk you into unnecessary repairs. Also tell you of the details of the work that needs to be done.Also have told me of things I didn't need when I thought so. They also understand my Budget and,do their best to keep costs down.Apply any Coupons I may not be aware of? I moved 100mi away. I went to a BigO in Prescott Valley for much needed Maintenance& another engine issue. I bought my tires at BigO& have the FREE Maintenance. PV wanted to charge me $40 minimum(1he Labor), to do my FREE Tire Pressure&rotation!Manager explained that NOT all BigO Stores, are linked to know I've been a Customer for over 15yrs. Unable to see my Customer Info,showing all Purchases&Repairs. At least I've all my receipts in glove Box. Also Manager of this Store was rude, didn't even give me the "Normal",expected treatment a Customer at any Store should get. He flat out cared not if I brought my Van in or not? I explained y ongoing Van's engine problem also. Without anyone looking at it;he replied-"Sounds like a very expensive repair". Right there I decided to walk away.I've learned a lot about assorted engine problems through out the years. I'm educated more than any other Woman or man. About such. I'm certain my Engine Air Filter needs replacing. From the severely dusty roads I just moved to. Reason why my Gas ,mileage has decreased&in idol a small thumping sound. Had this before to identify this same problem. A new Filter is NOT an EXPENSIVE Repair! Just hows he was going to make up a non existing problem,just to charge me loads of money! This is stereo typical of what many think when a Woman enters a Auto Shop. It's sad it reflects poorly on the BigO Franchise.Now I'm driving 200mi round trip! To have my Van serviced at a well TRUSTED Store! Price of a half a tank of gas also. Yet,will save me much more money on routine maintenance services,to fix my vans problem.No doubt my Bill will be less than $60 for Tire Maint, Oil change using Synthetic& Engine&Cabin Filter.When I lived near their store, they always happily gave me a rid a home until repairs were done&picked me up. Usually it was the Mechanic whom done such&always they were so nice&enjoyed chatting along the way&getting to know them personally. You truly wanted to befriend them.

I highly recommend using the Big O in Wickenburg, great service, great people to chat with while waiting for your service to be completed. This facility is a family run business. We support family businesses and our local community.

Traveling through to Phoenix when we experienced vibrations while driving. Stopped and checked the tires and immediately noticed a swollen/expanded area on one of our tires. Knew about the location of the tire store but wasn't sure it was a Big O....helpful group of guys there! They found a replacement tire and had it installed in less than an hour. Reasonably priced and the quality of the tire has sence been found to be excellent as well. I would go back to this store...I trust these guys. I'm also grateful for the fact that the manager (store owner?) is a veteran along with his son. Thank you again, gents!!

I took my truck in big O and talked to Bryan. He provide excellent service, diagnos my problem and fixed it correctly. Other places gave me a much different diagnosis and much higher cost. Hats off to big O in Wickenburg, excellent job

I have been going to BigOTires in Wickenburg, AZ, for over 6 years now and I must say that they really took good care of my 1996 Buick Park Avenue. The mechanics have given me the best advice for fixing my older car at a reasonable rate. So, I would like to thank them for all their professional help.
