Our Hyundai's "RUN FLAT" tire (NOT) disintegrated on the way home from my double hernia operation. We were towed to BIG O 'bout half an hour before closing. Chris immediately found the perfect set of new tires (I wanted a taller sidewall to cut down on road noise and bounce), got 'em installed, balanced, etc. in less than an hour, and had us on our way home before my stitches even quit bleeding! Great service . . . . fair prices . . . . fine long-term guarantee also.

I've purchased two sets of tires in Wickenburg as well as several sets at a Big-O where I lived before. I've always received prompt, courteous service. I've been quite satisfied with Big-O. I came to the store for a flat repair and found the tire was not repairable due to a previous repair within an inch of the new puncture. The replacement tire was not in stock, but it was ordered, delivered, mounted and installed on the vehicle that day. I spent the wait at the nearby rodeo (and had a great time). If I had purchased tires online I would still be waiting! Thank you Big-O Wickenburg!

I believe it was Tony, Brian and Chris who were working the night I had 2 tires blow out on 1/2/2018. AAA was going to send me down the road to where they did not even have the tires I needed. Brian and Chris both spoke to my sister to help coordinate my arrival. This team of fantastic and caring guys stayed after hours for the AAA driver to get me to this Big O Tires location where they changed out the tires I needed. My daughter and I were back on the road to Prescott in no time at all. I cannot thank them enough for helping me when I was quite shaken up. I really appreciate this caring team of individuals!

We had a flat tire 8 miles out of Wickenburg. The AAA service recommended you for a tire and since you were still open we went there. Although you didn't have the size tire we needed, you did have one that got us home safely. We really appreciated the fast and friendly service we received and will recommend you to anyone that needs your service.

The check engine light came on in my Ford Focus and in the past, that light meant I would be spending a lot of money on repairs. It was time for an oil change and I have been using Big O for maintenance so I asked for a diagnostic on the engine. The tech found the problem. It was a lose hose connection and he fixed it. I don't know anything about engines so it is wonderful to do business with a company I can trust. Jeanette
