Called twice to schedule an appointment. Put on hold both times 8&10 minutes. Nobody ever actually answered. Called 3rd time got recording at 10 in morning. Left name and number to be called back. No call. Evidently too busy to be bothered by paying customers. I will steer clear of this place. Can only imagine how bad they would treat you if actually go in.

I had a hole in my driver rear tire and took it to Big O to have it patched(I bought 4 General AT2s from Big o) They said they patched the tire, there was no more leak and sent me on my way. Two days later I'm still having the same issue with the tire dropping 10-15 psi. I have to air up my tire every other day. I will be going to a different Big O to see if they will be able to fix it. Not impressed with having to wait 45 mins and have nothing accomplished.

Went to get an alignment, my car vibrated at high speeds and I felt like was overcharged.

Big O tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs. I went in for an inspection, and they mentioned the front brake rotors needed to be replaced. When measuring myself, the rotors had plenty of life left, and I even had the manufacturer's dealership confirm replacement was not needed. Unfortunately this location fits the stereotype that mechanics will try to swindle you.
