I always get friendly courteous service at either of the Big O tires in Flagstaff Arizona. If they see an issue that I have not brought it in for they will not push for the service but they will let me know it needs attention and I appreciate that.

I cannot express my gratitude for your facility enough. My daughter is a student there at NAU, and had picked up a nail in her tire. She arrived at your facility around 4:30 after being referred to it by another nearby service station. After speaking with several individuals regarding her tire they agreed to take it in. It had just started snowing and my daughter has a 200 mile drive home scheduled with another student for the following day. Your station took care of her truck, stayed a bit past closing to finish the task, and had her back on the road in no time. I cannot thank you enough for the assistance your team provided. I highly recommend your facility for any individuals looking for a place that goes the extra distance to help a college student in need during bad weather. Thank you again for what it is worth! Your team is amazing!
