Expensive oil change with Valvoline right next door. The service was good but had to go in and tell them that my 40% wasnt changed to 100%. I thought that was done automatically once the oil was changed. It was configured right from my steering wheel. You can learn something new every day.

Would have rated higher but attention to detail was missed: all four tire valve caps were not placed back on prior to departure.

I needed the oil changed in my car before a road trip. I used this Big O because it is close to where I work. The oil change was satisfactory but the customer service was not. I asked the service guys to take me to work, it was only 1/2 mile. I explained that I was having problems with my feet hurting and they refused to help me. I walked to work that day and my feet have hurt ever since ( that has been 1 1/2 weeks ago). And the oil change indicator was not reset.

My wife took our new vehicle in because the tire was loosing air (new tire) and they told her there was a nail in it and she needed to purchase a new tire. I told her to drive away and brought it to discount tire and they absolutely said it could be fixed and did it for free. Ridiculous taking advantage of a woman. So unethical.

Immediately, I felt uncomfortable when I entered this location and unwelcome. The salesman at the desk was condescending to us from the start of our visit. First, he told us that we would wait 2-3 hours for an inspection on our vehicle. About thirty minutes later, he called me and told me there was a "laundry list" of things wrong with my car, which immediately made me concerned as I did not feel they had enough time to inspect my car to garner such a long list. Second, when we arrived to pick up my car, my car was not dismantled or on the rack, but it was parked instead. If my car was "9.5/10 severely dangerous" to drive, I would expect a specified list and to be able to see the problems with my car itself. When we were leaving, he told us that it would be too dangerous to drive my car out of the lot. Third, what he said was wrong with my car had only been replaced a year ago, and he could not offer an explanation as to why it needed to be replaced. He made me feel uncomfortable, intimidated, pressured, and unsafe. I went to Discount Tires, instead, and the salesman there explained exactly what was wrong with my car, which was a thread. I would not trust this location again.

I had a hole in my driver rear tire and took it to Big O to have it patched(I bought 4 General AT2s from Big o) They said they patched the tire, there was no more leak and sent me on my way. Two days later I'm still having the same issue with the tire dropping 10-15 psi. I have to air up my tire every other day. I will be going to a different Big O to see if they will be able to fix it. Not impressed with having to wait 45 mins and have nothing accomplished.
