Big O Tires

As a woman who is normally treated differently when going to have service done on my car, Big O' Tires has always been great. I know how to do many of the things on my own, but not the time. Being treated the same as everyone else is the best feeling. Andrew is always upfront and honest. Never tries to up-sell just to make money. All of the suggestions and information on inspections and oil changes is needed, not just a point of extra sale. I highly recommend going to see them with all of your service needs! Especially if you are a woman who has felt discriminated against based on the fact you are a woman. :) Keep up the great work, gentlemen!!

Changed oil and totated tires with not so long of a wait.Also helped me get a replacement BigO Creditcard with no fuss.Thanks guys! (West side store NOT the East side one.)

I've been here couple times for minor repair. They were knowledgeable about my car and I paid a reasonable price for the repair.

Andrew Dias is the store manager at this location. Last week while travelling through the area we had a tire blowout on our large camping trailer. We were struggling to get the tire changed and make it before the store closed. The second time I called Andrew informed me he already had arranged for two employees to stay late to help us and that he had the tires we needed in stock. We arrived 15 minutes after the store closed and Andrew greeted us and immediately helped us and his two employees were fast and courteous. They had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Amazing customer service. They really saved us and Andrew made a very stressful situation so, so much easier. In addition to all of this, Andrew gave us the easiest directions from I-40 and took the time to talk with my family and even talked to my four-year-old daughter about her favorite show. He is a special guy who is devoted to his job and family. Thank you!
