Andrew Dias, the store manager, is great. He's honest and reliable. He always tells me exactly what I need and doesn't try to up-sell. I will always be a customer at this location!!!

Got almost immediate attention of a mechanic. Checked the spec. on my model.Grabbed an electronic "gadget". Took readings analyzed, diagnosed and fixed the problem.I'm a steady patron (4 new tires) for lubes.Great place of business.

We had our car towed because of a flat, we pulled in to their parking lot right at closing time. Thanks so much for the team that stayed late and helped us get to our destination. This team went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much for all your help.

I purchased a new truck a few months ago and started thinking about replacing the stock wheels and tires. I had a look in mind but soon got lost in the all the different options available related to wheel and tire sizes. Associates from the dealership were unresponsive. On a recommendation from a co-worker, I submitted an email on the Big O website asking for some help. Within a few hours, I received a call from Anthony at the Rt 66 location in Flagstaff. We discussed what look I was trying to achieve and over the next week through several phone calls, emails and texts he presented me with a few options for new wheels and tires. I made some choices and the process was complete. He helped me achieve the look I wanted and offered me a few different ways to get there. I really appreciated the time that Anthony took to help me make some choices with regard to tire size and style. I could tell he really enjoyed the process and took pride in finding me alternatives that I had not thought of on my own. The other associates at the Rt 66 Big O location in Flagstaff were great to work with as well. All the guys were friendly and took their part in the process very seriously, from the installation and shuttle service to the re-torquing and alignment check. I usually buy my tires from them, but I needed an oil change as I was going on vacation. I had a coupon and they gladly accepted it. They didn't try to pressure me into anything and had my car ready when they said they would.
