I want to take the time and thank Gary Hintz and the mechanic that worked on my Jeep. I started as a complicated customer and Gary took the time and patience to walk me through the mechanics of my brake system and what were the issues. It took a few days and he kept me abreast of all the progress. Thank you Gary and Big O Tires.

I have waited and used my truck that was serviced to see if any problems would show up over time. I had great service, the truck is running very well. The only reason I rated you down on customer service was because I could not get a very accurate time frame from the guy staying late to cover the Desk. Other than that the service was great.

I love the customer service and I wouldn’t trust no one else with my vehicle but this location they’re all kind and easy to talk took I never had any problems with the work they’ve done I have and always recommend others to come to Big O Tires
