After a long morning of reading check engine codes, I called this location and talked to Vee on the phone, multiple times and he was pleasant each time I called. He happened to be the first person that greeted me there as well. He heard all of the issues I needed addressed and made sure, despite the craziness of COVID-19, that he himself addressed all of my issues. He talked me through any and all repairs I need and walked me through all of my options. I wound up leaving with my check engine light off and a super lovely experience! Aliseo (I may have spelled his name wrong) helped me at checkout and was also super pleasant to be in contact with. Your team is handling their customers and the situation of the world with the upmost professionalism. I so appreciate this Big O and will gladly recommend this location any time!

I was so happy with the service I received at this location. I had my 3 kids with me and they waited a long period of time for my car to get fixed but one of the front desk person (wish I could remember his name, but he has a face tattoo! ) he offered pop corn and water to my kids which made their day! Everyone was so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. They fixed my dodge charger and it feels like a brand new car again! Thanks team for the great customer service and excellent work on my car! Will return again for future services.
