Great customer service!

Called beforehand to check if they the tires I was looking for and the associate on the phone made everything simple.

Perfect for busy Holiday Season Oil Change and Tire Rotate. eventhough an Oil change may be considered a routine service. and the Holiday making it a very busy time...Big -O personal still got me in and out and I felt hardly any change to my shopping schedule. I did have to leave My truck, but that was perfect time to head over to the mall...and finish some christmas shopping. Thank You Big-O

Communication needed on if I needed a brake job needed as requested and my best tire wasn't saved as requested by me for a spear tire. When Manny was asked about the tire being save for spare tire he said they were all dry rotten but he didn't tell me, I had to ask him and wait for his response I should have been told in advance and showed a tire for a spear tire

We have taken our cars to this store for many years, and have had good service even when things don't always go to plan the staff and managers always take care of things.

Friendly staff and quickly found the problem of a loose skid plate and didn't charge me for the service

the employee's were very friendly and were able to let me know prior to taking my vehicle in that it would be worked on and completed before they closed after taking my car in after noon on a weekend. definitely my favorite location.
